The19th edition of REGARD – International Short Film Festival is just around the corner. Nineteen years of warmth and discoveries. Well anchored in the world of cinema, the team has learned to build the event with its community. The latter pays in full, enthusiastically attending the Festival without restraint. We impatiently await filmmakers and film buffs who will take advantage of this momentum. Our programming reflects on the present and sets its sights on the future. In order to receive and share this abundant amount of shorts from here and abroad, we have dropped anchor in the right place; two steps from a majestic river and a busy bay.
